Welcome from the meeting chairmen

Welcome to Global Insights: The Future of Hip & Knee Surgery. This meeting brings together over 400 surgeons from more than 30 countries to review the latest developments in repair and reconstruction surgery of the hip and knee. The interactive agenda covers a diverse array of joint surgery topics with the aim of improving patients’ outcomes and quality of life. Our expert international faculty will review the latest research and evidence as well as surgical “tips and tricks” to ensure an optimal learning experience.

Plenary sessions have been designed highlighting the clinical and surgical relevance of registries, and of health economics, in determining indications and product usage today. We will also look at the latest data on cartilage preservation and repair, and discuss the needs of specialized patient populations. Product demonstrations and hands-on training will allow surgeons to leave the meeting better equipped to face the various clinical challenges and implement forward-looking techniques in their practices.

We thank you for joining us. We think we have an outstanding faculty and a great spectrum of topics to cover and we look forward to an exciting and thought-provoking meeting.
